Dermatological diseases that seem insignificant can be very bothersome, causing severe itching, cuts, pimples and other complications, Le Figaro reported.

The newspaper sheds light on three of these diseases, showing their symptoms and how dangerous they are for humans, not to mention treating them, which are Grover''s disease, Darier''s disease, and Hailey Hailey disease.

First Grover''s disease

A person diagnosed with Grover’s disease in 1970, a semi-transient skin disease - in which cells partly separate from the skin - affects mainly men over the age of 45.

Among its symptoms are the appearance of small red blisters, which protrude mainly on the trunk, often after sweating as a result of high heat, intense exercise, or pressure.

These pimples will disappear spontaneously in a few days or weeks, but they may last for several months in some patients, sometimes without causing any other symptoms.

To treat this disease, different types of topical treatments should be tried, the sole purpose of which is to combat itching but not always to eliminate it.

And if topical treatments are not enough, dermatologists use another arsenal of treatments to relieve the itch, but the effects differ from one patient to another.

In very rare cases, Grover''s disease lasts several decades, and intensifies in the summer or when the skin warms a lot, and it seems that heat, sweat and dry skin are common factors for the majority of patients, but their role is still not specified.

Grover''s disease is a completely benign rash, does not affect other parts of the skin and is not associated with other diseases.

Secondly, Darier''s disease

Darier''s disease is a hereditary disease that is transmitted if one of the parents suffers 50% of it to a child, but it is a rare disease, and this disease is caused by a mutation that affects the performance of the calcium pump in the endoplasmic reticulum.

This disease usually appears in adolescence, and there are conditions that aggravate its symptoms, including exposure to sunlight, artificial ultraviolet rays, friction, heat, and sweating, which patients learn quickly to avoid as they feel that it increases their heightened discomfort.

The degree of severity of this disease varies a lot from one patient to another and even within the same family, and treatment depends a lot on the prevention of the causative and encouraging factors that is, no sun, no heating, or friction in all areas where symptoms of the disease appear.

When the infested areas are limited, the rain creams of which urea is one of its main components can bring some relief. Indeed, vitamin A derivatives are the most effective treatments, and the best of them is oral retinoic acid, and its side effects must be monitored.

Third, Hailey-Hailey disease

It is also called benign familial chronic pemphigus, and in this disease blisters appear in areas where sweat is associated with friction, such as thighs, knee wrinkles, perineum or armpits, and affects men as much as it affects women after the age of thirty.

Contrary to the symptoms of Grover''s disease, helium sacs are painful, can crack and make the skin vulnerable to some infections, and new blisters may form on the same site, which causes a widely painful and inflamed area, and there is also a very low risk of squamous cell carcinoma formation on these sites That should be monitored regularly.

Treatment should first be able to eliminate lesions and dry out the skin to allow it to heal by forming healthy cells, and itching should be relieved to avoid exacerbation of the disease by abrasion and protect it from friction, these are mainly local corticosteroid-based treatments that are used almost always paired with other treatments It aims to dry the skin but especially to avoid bacterial, viral or fungal infections.
