strengthens his immunity

Dr. Mohamed Refaat, a pediatrician, has talked about the importance of sleeping during the night hours for children from their early days. The pediatric consultant added during today''s episode of the program "Generations" broadcast on "Radio 9090", which is shared by Fatima Mustafa, that the child''s sleep must be during the night hours, as the growth hormone increases the rate of its excretion in the body further during the night sleep period .

Refaat pointed out that night sleep helps increase the production of white blood cells, which is the first blocking wall for immunity for children.

The Consultant of Paediatrics added that the beginning of the regular sleep of the child is at the age of 6 months, but that despite his regularity it may be marred by growth mutations that change the habits of the child for some time, and may result from some concerns, such as fear, hunger or feeling of pain.
