His Excellency the Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabiah, a decision to assign Dr. Mishaal Abdullah Al-Mishaal, Director General of Medical and Health Attachments, as of 10/10/1433 AH. Dr. Al-Mishaal is one of the distinguished medical cadres and leadership competencies as he previously assigned a general manager in the General Department of Follow-up at the Ministry of Health. He also chairs the Medical Violations Committee in Riyadh. Dr. Al-Meshal is a consultant of internal medicine and cardiology, and he obtained a doctorate in cardiology in 1997 from the University of Cologne, Germany.
