His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mana, issued a decree mandating Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Dakhil to perform the functions of Director General of Health Affairs in the region of Riyadh at the fourteenth rank for a period of one year and granting all financial and administrative powers. Dr. Al-Dakhil holds a specialist in Otolaryngology Consultant, in addition to a fellowship in the specialty of Precision Diseases and Ear and Neurosurgery from the University of California, America.
Al-Dakhil is considered one of the distinguished administrative competencies and he has a long experience in this field, where he held many positions, most notably the head of the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat of the Riyadh Medical Complex, the head of the Medical Violations Committee at the Ministry of Health, the clinical assistant professor at King Saud University in Riyadh and finally the director of the General Hospital in the Riyadh Medical Complex. On this occasion, Dr. Al-Dakhil expressed his overwhelming happiness with this confidence in which he asked God Almighty to grant him success in the service of the country and the citizen and to be at the best of the officials’s belief in light of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Highness his deputy and follow up of His Excellency the Minister of Health.
