celebrates the Silver Jubilee
The city of Jeddah witnessed the first night last night, in the presence of 3 thousand people, the celebration of the Silver Jubilee of the Faculty of Dentistry at King Abdulaziz University with the passing of 25 years of achievements and aspirations, during the Third International Dental Conference. The Dean of the College, Dr. Abdul-Ghani Mira, and the Vice Deans of the College, Dr. Ali Bin Yaid Al-Ghamdi, and Dr. Moataz Ghulman, attended to honor all the committees that worked to organize the conference, which numbered more than 70 supervising committees consisting of 900 students and supervisors from the faculty.
Dr. Abdul Ghani Mira gave a speech at the celebration of the silver jubilee of the college, in which he expressed his thanks and appreciation to all the committees and to all of the work presented and accomplished.
He said that the college is proud of this conference, which attracted at least 3 thousand participants to break a record in the series of global conferences.
The Dean of the College, in a wonderful carnival-like ceremony, honored all the organizers and supervisors and presented them with souvenirs and awards, starting with the professor’s degree, through his doctor, masters, and technical and administrative committees working.
Then came the role of those who spent 25 years watching and tracking the college’s achievements step by step. During the twenty-five years, the college graduated 1000 doctors and doctors in dentistry and they are now in leadership positions, and some of them reached higher positions in scientific degrees, where the dean of the college honored the graduates and graduates and honored the batches Graduated.
Dr. Moataz Ghulman, Vice Dean of the College for Educational Affairs, supervised the International Dental Exhibition in which 27 exhibitors representing agents of 150 international companies participated in the presentation of the latest technical and equipped dental findings.
Dr. Moataz Ghulman announced that the number of visitors to the exhibition during the conference period exceeded five thousand visitors.
The Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Abdul-Ghani Mira, honored all the participants and contributors to the success of the conference, which was followed by honoring all graduates and graduates since the college’s inception until now.
