His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Tabuk Region, expressed his condolences for Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Balawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Health Care Society in the Region, over the death of his mother, may God have mercy on her. Out of his mercy and to inspire them patience and solace.
For his part, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Balawi expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Highness, the Emir of Tabuk region, for this generous and unsurprising gesture from His Highness, which had a great impact on them, asking God Almighty to make it in the balance of his good deeds.
