The month of Ramadan is distinguished by its virtues over the rest of the months, as it is the month of patience and perseverance, jihad and strife, and it hives and burns sins, so there is no trace left, and in it the eyes of the worshipers wrap up to watch for good and win the most of his days, and they pray to God in it because the doors of mercy are open in it, and the devils and the jinn are chained up. There is a night that is better than a thousand months ..

One who is deprived of his good, and a happy one who fasts out of faith and expectation, so forgiveness was a reward for him. Salman Al-Farsi, may God be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, addressed us on the last day of Sha''ban, and said: (O people:

I have overshadowed you a great blessed month, a month in which a night is better than a thousand months .. a month God made fasting an obligatory, and voluntarily staying overnight. Whoever approached him with a characteristic of goodness, it was like someone who performed seventy obligatory duties in the other .. which is the month of patience, patience is the reward of paradise .. and the month of consolation .. and a month in which the life of the believer increases .. whoever breaks the fast in which he is forgiven his sins, and freeing his neck from the fire, And he had a reward like his, without any detract from his reward. They said: O Messenger of God! Not all of us find something that breaks the fast! The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “God gives this reward, from breaking the fast on a date, on a drink of water, or on a tasting of milk.” It is a month in which the beginning is mercy, the middle of it is forgiveness, and the end of it is a liberation from the fire .. Whoever reduces his possessions God forgave him and set him free from the fire.

So it is better for the Muslim to invest this great month in the types of worship and closeness to God, and for his intention to be purely for God Almighty, seeking reward, reward and forgiveness as he said, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him (whoever performs Ramadan in faith and expectation, may God forgive him for what was past of his sins and what was delayed) and with that. Fasting has many benefits on the soul and the body. The followers of other religions and religions have known its spiritual benefits, so they fasted, seeking clarity of mind and comfort in the body and soul. As for the Muslim man and woman, he fasts in worship in the first place, knowing that fasting has health benefits, yet it has been noticed that there is a group of Muslims who fast to achieve The healthy goal of fasting without the legitimate goal! The primary purpose of the legalization of fasting is for the servant to attain the piety of God, and his worship is the right of worship, by adhering to His commands, Glory be to Him, and ending His prohibitions. The Almighty said: (O you who believe, fasting has been written upon you as it was written for those before you that you may be pious) (Al-Baqarah: 183) The verse is explicit in indicating that the primary purpose of fasting is to reach the level of piety, and that is a position that brings the servant closer to his Creator. Therefore, the purpose of fasting - according to the view of the true Sharia - is not to be a cure and a cure for what people have of diseases, and the Muslim should notice what fasting is prescribed for, as for what other social or health purposes are, they are subordinate and complementary to the basic purpose of the legislation of fasting.

Based on the previous introduction, there is no objection to making use of healthy fasting to reduce weight with the intention of worship, as his gift, may God bless him and grant him peace, was not to overindulge in food during Ramadan and elsewhere, which is what he referred to in his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him (according to Ibn Adam for Qayimat who perform his crucifixion) So, should we deplore our Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in not being extravagant in eating and drinking ?!, and consider what he, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said (Whoever breaks the fast on a date, or on a drink of water, or a taste of milk) as an indication of the type and quantity of food, no As some do in the extravagance of eating different types of dates, the same applies to the variety of drinks, juices and dishes.

In order to enjoy a fast that takes into account the prophetic directions and then to maintain health and reduce weight, it is advised that the duration of daily physical activity increases to half an hour per day, and physical activity can be defined as the movement of the body by the muscular system that leads to the expenditure of energy beyond energy during rest, and one of the most important types of physical activity in Ramadan is associated with worship, walking to the mosque, walking with the intention of praying first, and then doing physical activity to reduce weight secondly.

It is advised to follow the suggested schedule to know the quantities that are recommended to eat daily during the Iftar period in the month of Ramadan from the types of common foods in the local trip, and it is a diet that takes into account the nutritional needs of different ages for which fasting is imposed, and it is noted that it is divided into two parts: the first about the components of the breakfast meal And the second part of the rest of the meals that are eaten during the hours of the night, because God Almighty says (and eat and drink until the white thread of the black thread from dawn becomes clear to you) the verse, and the table takes into account the diversity in the food groups that the body needs during fasting to maintain its health and protect it from diseases. The reader can locate him on the table according to his gender - male or female - or his age, with my best wishes to the fasting and fasting women for acceptance and permanent health
