His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud inaugurated yesterday evening at the Movenpick Hotel in Buraidah the activities of the twentieth intensive training course organized by King Fahd Specialist Hospital in Buraidah, in the presence of the Assistant Undersecretary for Development Affairs Abdulaziz Al-Humaidan, Acting Director of Health Affairs in Qassim and Assistant Director General for Therapeutic Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Salloum, Director of King Fahd Specialist Hospital, Dr. Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Rashidi, and a number of health leaders in the region. Where the ceremony began with a speech presented by Professor Muhammad Al-Tuwaijri on the importance of national cohesion to stand with the leadership and the nation in the face of enemies and everyone who wants evil for this country that is witnessing a great developmental renaissance thanks to God, and then thanks to the support of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince of the Secretary and Deputy Crown Prince
After that, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Director of King Fahd Specialist Hospital, spoke his speech at the ceremony, in which he explained that the importance of the training course lies in the fact that it contributes to raising the competence of doctors in the field of internal diseases for everything related to examination, diagnosis and treatment, and helps them to pass the Saudi Fellowship for Internal Medicine and the European Fellowship tests ( British and Irish) due to the content of its distinct theoretical and practical training program, and the presence of a group of lecturers and trainers who have local and international fellowships, and it is an opportunity to exchange medical experiences with the various regions of the Kingdom between the participating doctors and lecturers, in addition to the fact that the course is a link to everything new in the fields of diagnosis and treatment Through the participation of university professors in research and development, and contributing to the provision of qualified doctors at small costs if compared to the costs of external courses to obtain the same certificates.
For his part, His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Al-Qassim region, affirmed in his statement at the end of the ceremony that the Kingdom witnesses every day one of the medical achievements that arrived under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Highness, the trustworthy Crown Prince, And His Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect them - to advanced ranks in the medical field, such as treatment of serious diseases, heart diseases, liver transplantation, and intractable diseases.
His Highness affirmed that this session is one of the fruits of this development witnessed by the Kingdom, which is being held for a specific specialization in the medical field, and many doctors have benefited from it from inside and outside the Kingdom, pointing out that the continuation of the course for 20 years is evidence of its usefulness and the quality of its outputs.
At the end of the ceremony, Prince Faisal bin Mishaal honored the participants and lecturers in the session, and the hospital administration presented a shield to his honorable Highness on the occasion of his sponsorship of the ceremony. And the names that were honored with the ceremony:
