The Scientific Journal Club held the fourth scientific symposium as part of the activities of the Medical Research Center, which was held on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 AD in the Hall of Student Activity, which was entitled: The latest developments in the research of hepatitis C virus (C) in which Professor Zaki Munawar Issa spoke, and he is currently working as head of the department Viruses at King Fahd Hospital in Jazan and he holds a doctorate degree from the Royal College in London as well as a fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists and also holds a fellowship in virology and diagnostics from the University of Western Scotland, Britain. He also held several leadership positions in several departments at King Fahd Hospital and has more than 20 scientific papers published in several international scientific journals.
