This advantage provided by laparoscopic surgeries is also found in advanced robotic surgery, where the surgeon can see the area for which the surgery is being performed in its third dimension and scrutinize the smallest details, and he can distinguish between nerves and small blood vessels and then protect them, even in cases where the surgeon''s hand cannot Or the devices in it in open surgeries, or it may harm the neighboring tissues, as the robot, like a prosthetic hand, can transfer the movements of the external surgeon''s hand to the inside, which leads to excellent surgical results. The ability of the robot''s hand is unlimited inside and exceeds the ability of hand movements and firmness, and therefore it helps in the possibility of implementing several surgical machines at the same time, which results in all of this being extremely accurate in conducting the operation while causing much less bleeding, and the short recovery period compared to the second surgical methods.
This is a new and expensive treatment compared to regular laparoscopic surgeries and its cost lies in the cost of the devices used, so it is a surgical method used in certain cases and in hospitals specializing in complex and advanced surgeries.
