Zahra Breast Cancer Association recently concluded the training program (early detection of breast cancer) with the graduation of (33) doctors from primary health care centers in Jeddah governorate, which was organized in cooperation with a number of members of the association''s scientific advisory board, namely: breast surgery consultant Dr. Mona Basleem and consultant radiologist Dr. Iman Barum.
All the physicians participating in the program were assigned by the Director General of Health Affairs in Jeddah Governorate, and the participation of (13) elite speakers in the field of breast tumor diagnosis and treatment in the Kingdom and their participation approved the Saudi Commission for Medical Specialties (8) accredited medical hours for the program.
At the end of the activity, graduation certificates were distributed by the general supervisor of the Zahra Association office in the city of Jeddah, Professor Ola Al-Marzouki.
It should also be noted that the association organizes this program with special support from the Saudi Society for Clinical Nutrition and with special support from SABB Bank, which supported the implementation of the program in three phases and provided its own support in organizing it.
