Prof. Dr. Salem Mohamed Bazraa - consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist with therapeutic endoscopes, explained that during the third day of the camp, he had seen diseases in the digestive system, liver, viral and immune infections, stomach and esophageal ulcers, and colitis for more than thirty patients.
Pointing out that there are some severe and complex cases, which reached cirrhosis, and three of them require a new liver transplant quickly, calling on the people of good, led by Sheikh Engineer / Abdullah Ahmad Bugshan, to help them, to send them to specialized centers.
Dr. Bazara added that there are some patients suffering from viral and immune infections that are in urgent need of continuous follow-up. Their conditions have been arranged in agreement with the hospital administration to send any health developments in their cases by fax or the Internet to King Abdulaziz University Hospital in Jeddah, to provide medical advice and directions to them, while he will Doctors at Ibn Sina Hospital follow up on less serious cases.
