His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Khaled Al-Anqari, issued a decree appointing Prof. Mubarak bin Fahad Al Faran as Dean of the College of Medicine and supervisor of university hospitals at King Saud University. Dr. Al-Faran expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Higher Education, Khaled Al-Anqari, and to His Excellency the Director of King Saud University, Abdullah Al-Othman, for this confidence, wishing God Almighty to help him to carry out this task, and for his colleagues to participate in the service of this medical institution.
Dr. Mubarak Al-Faran is a professor of ophthalmology at the College of Medicine at King Saud University since May 1995, and he supervised and headed the Anatomy Department at the College of Medicine at King Saud University from January 1997 to 1999 AD.
