The award was received in Germany recently by the former Executive Director General, Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Amro, in a large international forum that witnessed the presence of a number of countries from different continents of the world, and a documentary film about the level of health services provided by King Fahd Medical City.
The Executive Director General of King Fahd Medical City, Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Jabbar Al Yamani, said that this achievement is recorded in the name of the homeland, in the name of all the work team in King Fahd Medical City who have actively contributed to the development of their working environment in accordance with international standards of quality, and that this achievement comes within the achievements of the city locally Internationally, this process is continuing in view of the existence of an advanced organizational structure with high quality standards. Al-Yamani added that what distinguishes this award is that it came after the participation of arbitrators from 118 countries during the past ten months, as several international meetings were held in famous cities such as Paris, London, Madrid, Geneva and New York, and during that time the participants from leaders and experts in quality and excellence cast their votes to nominate a city. King Fahd Medical Award for the European Arch International Award, which was presented in Frankfurt, Germany. King Fahd Medical City was ed by the European Arch International Committee to receive the award in the gold category, based on the systems of the International European Arch Award and the standards of the Integrated Quality Model (QC100).
