He stressed that the strategy of the Medical City that it has drawn for itself is to be the first at the level of Saudi Arabia for the year 2013 and regionally in 2016, in all its departments and procedural and operational policies, pointing out that the project aims to benefit from the latest developments in the field of human resource capacity development, its development and the improvement of its productivity.
He explained that the pilot experiences of King Fahd Medical City are a reference for all modern medical cities in Saudi Arabia. This is why it takes away from its experiences and benefits from its experiences, and that it does not hesitate to transfer these experiences and present them to all institutions in the country wishing to do so, pointing out that the presence of executive leaders from modern medical cities for this project is an indication of permanent integration and cooperation.
Ghada Ahmed El-Baz, Director of Human Resources Department and Chairman of the Organizing Committee, presented an explanation of the project, confirming that performance evaluation is one of the most important tools, as it is linked to the objectives of the facility at the strategic level, noting that the implementation of the project comes in response to the recommendations of the Committee for the Unification of Resource Policies Humanity to the Council of Medical Cities, which is chaired by Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabiah, Minister of Health A professional consulting firm was assigned to carry out the updating and evaluation of the performance in the medical cities. She emphasized that the current job descriptions in the city, which involve working and updating job categories as "basic jobs", have been identified to develop an efficiency and training index to complete the remainder of the basic sustainability and a role model, indicating that the event includes a job description mechanism that matches the actual tasks of the concerned job and clarification to the participants. She stressed that, in line with the vision of King Fahd Medical City to be the standard, preparations have been made for the launch of this project, which will be the beginning of the road to link the parts of the Department of Balanced Functional Performance, and will pave the way for a qualitative leap in performance management, and said: “The project includes the training of a team of employees. Of human resources and representatives of various departments in King Fahd Medical City by the consulting company, which was contracted for this purpose to enable everyone to complete this project as required and enable the team to have the mechanism approved for that, to a new job or maintain and job descriptions when needed. .
