The College of Medicine participated in the activities of the first national symposium on breastfeeding represented by the University Hospital. This symposium, organized by Health Affairs in Jeddah Governorate, was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Director of Health Affairs, Dr. Sami Badawood, during the period from 23-24 / 12/1432 AH. Her Excellency Dr. / Shadia Matbouli, Consultant Family Medicine and Head of Clinics Department at the University Hospital, participated in giving a lecture in this regard. Whereas, the symposium discussed the positive and negative repercussions of natural and abnormal breastfeeding on the mother and the child.
