King Faisal General Hospital in Al-Ahsa, represented by the Strategic Planning and Development Department, organized a workshop under the title “Operational Planning” under the supervision of the Hospital Director, Dr. Hisham Al-Dossary, on last Tuesday, 22 Rabi Al-Awwal 1441 AH.
As this workshop came with the aim of spreading the culture of planning among employees to improve the employee''s practical performance in terms of drawing a clear framework for tasks and distributing them among work teams and linking them to a specific time to measure the percentage of achievement to achieve the general objectives of the facility.
On the other hand, the hospital director, Dr. Hisham bin Shabib Al-Dossary, honored a number of exemplary beneficiaries who kept their appointments accurately and responded to all medical and administrative staff, as part of the initiative of the Director of the Patient Experience Department, Mr. Hussein Al-Hammoud.
Dr. Al-Dossary also emphasized the necessity of dedication to provide all services in action and interaction for all, stressing hard work and providing a service that meets the aspirations and satisfaction of the beneficiary of the service.
