In implementation of the directives of His Excellency the Director of Health Affairs that all health workers should enroll in the infection control course, the (Infection Control Principles course) was held in the main lecture hall in the Education and Training Building of the Maternity and Children Hospital in Al-Ahsa Governorate. On Wednesday, 2/3/10/1432 AH, corresponding to 9/21/2011 AD. Note that the course is recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties with a rate of (9) hours of continuing medical education. The target group to attend these nursing and all technicians.
Dr. Munir Al-Baqshi opened the session with a welcoming speech by attending the first program after stopping for the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday, then Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Bunyan opened the official opening of the course with a speech in which he emphasized the importance of holding this session for the hospital''s medical staff.
After that, the lecturers held their lectures to the attendees, who were large in number and came from hospitals in the province and abroad, as well as the hospital staff, and the course met their approval.
At the end of the course, the attendees were handed a certificate of completing the course.
