Al-Jubairi added that the “Bestcare” system has been approved and started to include inpatient and outpatient service by using electronic prescriptions for all medicines, including restricted medicines, indicating that an automatic medicine dispensing and packaging machine has been approved, supported by clinical information, especially Medication allergy, this is called a "Profile System".

The dean engineer, "Khaled Mohamed Baklka" gave a speech in which he explained that the proper awareness of the patient is one of the most important safety factors for him. Therefore, the drug safety program seeks to form a continuous link with the medical and nursing team to reach optimal patient care. He also indicated that the aim of establishing this event is to care for the patient and help him in how to use safe drugs and system strategies to reduce harmful events and disseminate drug safety information and error prevention strategies. To provide a high-level service, as well as to face the difficulties that hinder the health workers from fulfilling the required roles and effective contribution based on the principle of respect and appreciation for this profession, which is the unlimited giving to the patient and preserving his safety by constantly raising awareness of how to use the medicines dispensed to him.
