Professor Mustafa pointed out that the causes of snoring include enlarged tonsils or tongue, sinus infections, and weight gain, which is the main cause of snoring, and said that the first stage in treating the patient is to get rid of weight.
Professor Mustafa talked about nose problems, difficulty breathing, and unusual cases of the problem of deviated septum, explaining that 50% of people have a deviation in the nasal septum, and this percentage increases in the Arab region, and he said that all the operations that are performed to correct the deviation are currently performed with binoculars if the treatment does not arrive In principle, with needles and sprays to a result, and the most important characteristic of endoscopic operations is the absence of surgery or opening the nose, pointing out that endoscopes have become the only method in all operations, no matter how difficult they are.
