Today, Tuesday, the Council of Ministers held its meeting via video communication, chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Minister in Charge of Information, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, explained that the Council adopted the following decisions, and concluded with the following:
Firstly
To authorize His Royal Highness the Minister of Sports - or whoever deputizes for him - to discuss with the Serbian side a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Sports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Republic of Serbia For cooperation in the field of youth and sports, signing it, and then uploading the final signed copy To complete the statutory procedures.
Secondly
Authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Advocacy and Guidance - or his representative - to negotiate with the Chadian side regarding a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in the Republic of Chad in the field of Islamic affairs, sign it, and then upload the copy Signed final, to complete the statutory procedures.
Third
Approval of a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of health insurance system between the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Health and Welfare in the Republic of Korea.

Approval of the Kingdom''s accession to the Nice Agreement regarding the international classification of goods and services for the purposes of trademark registration.
Fifthly
Approval of an agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Republic of Kosovo To avoid double taxation and to prevent tax evasion with regard to income taxes.
Sixthly
To authorize His Excellency the Minister of Transport, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation - or his representative - to sign a draft multilateral cooperation memorandum regarding security threat information targeting the civil aviation system, and then upload the final signed copy To complete the statutory procedures.
Seventh
Approval of the "initiative" document for the partnership between the public sector, the private sector and the executive program in the matter of the project to provide medical imaging services "radiology", and the approval of the executive program for the project of partnership between the public and the private sector in the matter of the project of providing medical imaging services "radiology" and the contractual frameworks, And that is in (7) health facilities in the second health cluster in Riyadh, and according to a number of arrangements mentioned in the decision.

And renewing the membership of Dr. Abdullah bin Nadim Elias, and Professor / Abdullah bin Abdul Karim Al-Munif, representatives of those interested in the activity of enterprises, and the appointment of Professor / Murad bin Ali Al-Arawi as a representative from the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry, in the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises.
