pressure? .. A consultant answers
Consultant Cardiologist Dr. Saleh Salem Al-Ghamdi revealed a drink that helps raise blood pressure for those who complain of low blood pressure.
In a tweet on Twitter, Al-Ghamdi explained that hypotension is a common problem, especially for young women, exacerbated by living in hot and humid areas, lack of fluid replacement and insufficient water intake.
He emphasized that the "licorice" drink contributes to raising the pressure, but it is not a sufficient solution. Rather, it is necessary to drink enough water and exercise because it increases the efficiency of the heart.
