the scientific conference of general surgery
Taif University launched the activities of the tenth annual scientific conference of the Saudi Society of General Surgery, under the title «Latest developments in general surgery», with the participation of a group of professors and consultants of general surgery locally and internationally.
The conference chairperson, Dr. Bilal Omar Al-Jafri, stated that the doctors, technicians and health practitioners participating in the conference will have access to the latest developments and the most prominent scientific research findings through 43 scientific papers covering various diagnostic, therapeutic and research developments in the field of abdominal accidents, microscopic, liver, pancreatic and duct surgeries. It is noteworthy that the conference was preceded by 6 workshops on advanced laparoscopic surgeries, medical ethics, advanced wound care treatment and care, bowel stapling surgeries, and a workshop for advanced skills in liver surgery.
