East Jeddah Hospital
As an extension of specialized services and medical developments in Jeddah Governorate, the Assistant Director of Health Affairs for Support Services, Dr. Muhammad Bagbir, inaugurated yesterday evening, Monday, the pharmaceutical consulting clinic in East Jeddah Hospital, in the presence of the Executive Director of East Jeddah Hospital, Dr. Majid Al-Mouraqi, and the Director of the Pharmaceutical Care Department in Jeddah Health, Dr. Raja Khayat.
The Director of Pharmaceutical Care in Jeddah, Dr. Raja Khayat, stressed the importance of the clinic for patients, which provides drug consultations of all kinds based on approved protocols and standards, noting that the clinic gives patients enough space for inquiries and privacy, and provides a full explanation of the disease condition and method of use medication, in addition to the clinic working to provide medication counseling for patients with chronic diseases in order to obtain the best drug results, reduce the negative effects of medication, and enhance patients’ medication commitment, and this service would improve the quality of health care, and improve medical services provided to patients.
