reconstructive surgery

Our unique approach to treating colon and rectal disorders in children
Our department is led by a world-renowned pediatric colorectal surgeon, Dr. Mark Levitt, who has experience treating the full spectrum of pediatric colorectal diseases and has performed more than 10,000 procedures, more than any other surgeon trained in colorectal surgery in children. children worldwide.
Our multidisciplinary Pediatric Colon and Rectal Division incorporates within it all services from the specialties that provide care for pediatric colorectal conditions. Colorectal procedures are often combined with urological and gynecological procedures to reduce the amount of surgery a child may need.
