Forces Hospital in "Dammam"
Dr. Hanan Misfir Al-Ghamdi, Executive Director of Medical and Technical Affairs and Consultant of Laparoscopic and Liver Surgery at Security Forces Hospital in Dammam, revealed that the hospital has performed more than 40 different operations with a single-hole endoscopy.
She explained that this method is characterized by a single incision, so instead of making large incisions on the body, very small incisions are made that do not exceed 1 cm to 1.5 cm in length, to reduce pain, inflammation, deformities and scars after the operation.
She pointed out that the patient spends in the hospital no more than two days, and returns to his normal life without complications.

Colonel Doctor Talal bin Hassan Al-Malki, Director of the Supervision Office, stated that the Ministry spares no effort in providing the latest equipment to serve its employees, and that the waiting period for operations does not exceed limited weeks, according to the seriousness of the situation and the specializations available in the hospital to serve the Ministry of Interior employees from various regions of the Kingdom.
