The details of the case were discussed between a multidisciplinary medical team that includes a consultant cardiologist, cardiac catheterization and neurosurgery, and an immediate decision was made that urgent surgical intervention was required to remove the tumor so that it would not lead to other successive clots that threaten the patient’s life, and the medical team proceeded to perform the heart operation.
