together with my dear friend and colleague prof A. Sibiani and an outstanding eager to learn GI fellows in our team Dr Abdulkhalique Dr Adeeb Al ghalayeni and Dr Mohammed mousa and with the assistance and help of our great endoscopy nursing staff, we performed Gastric polypectomy of two huge gastric polyps,with quite large stalks. Starting by securing hemostasis at the bases of the stalks using Endoloop followed by multiple hemoclips ( three in each base). The two polyps measured 5 cm and 4 cm in diameter after retrieval .
