A boy 13 years old admitted as case of trauma to the RT.eye by pencil that enters the orbit through the upper lid
V/A was NLP of RT.eye the pupil is mid-dilated non-reactive ,ptosis, restrictive movement in all directions . The patient was seen by neurosurgeon who take the patient to OR .
This is the foreign body after removal.
The first follow up , the V/A NLP of RT.eye ,mild ptosis, no proptosis , mid-dilated non-reactive pupil, restricted lateral gaze in both eyes and pale disc . The patient referred to neurologist to assess the cranial nerves.
