- The president of Saudi legal medicine society and founder president of the international association of law and forensic sciences, graduated from faculty of medicine, king Faisal University, Saudi Arabia, in 1987.
- After completing his Master in Forensic Medicine he joined forensic medicine department in Dammam, and later as a chairman of forensic medicine department for the Eastern province, Saudi Arabia.
- Proceeded to the University of Edinburgh, UK, and completed his M.D-PhD in Forensic Medicine and, later earned his clinical fellowship in forensic medicine from the same university, In 1996.
- Dr. Osama has been ed as the Fellow of the Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine of the Royal College of Physician of London, 2014.
