It also aims to uncover the negative impact that bullying has on the psychological and physical health of the student and on his educational attainment, while formulating a set of recommendations to reduce the problem and its negative effects on the student and the school environment. The Programs Department at the Social Rehabilitation Center is concerned with preparing and implementing programs directed to the target groups and other related groups in line with the goals, objectives, policies drawn and work directives decided by the Board and the Director related to reducing social problems or phenomena in the field of the institution’s work. In particular, it undertakes the task of developing, developing, directing and implementing the program strategy in order to achieve the objectives of the institution’s executive strategy within the framework of the approved budget and time plan, in addition to implementing the programs necessary to ensure the achievement of the institution’s objectives to reduce social problems and other phenomena that may lead to an increase in the number of target groups. The department also undertakes the task of developing the programs that the administration implements in order to ensure and increase their effectiveness, as well as participating in the evaluation and development of the institution’s executive strategy with follow-up and evaluation of work performance and the administration’s employees.
