The Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation celebrated, on Saturday evening, at the Landmark Hotel Amman, the Arab researchers who won its scientific prizes for the 2015 session.
The ceremony presented by the critic Dr. Musleh Al-Najjar, during which the award winners were honored, and they are: In the field of medical and health sciences: genetic variants, ailments and disease susceptibility to newborns, Dr. Fawzan Sami Salim Al-Kuraia, a Saudi national, and in the field of medicinal plant extracts and their uses, Dr. Muhammad Ali Faraj, an Egyptian national, from Cairo University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Dr. Fatima Alky Ayoub Afifi, a Jordanian national, from the University of Jordan.
