Assistant Director of Health Affairs in Jeddah Governorate for Public Health Dr. Sami bin Saleh Eid stressed the importance of supporting patients and clients with special needs because of the great importance of this segment in all of us and the rights and duties they have on us as a cohesive Muslim society .. and I welcome Eid to all workers and workers in centers Primary health care in particular and the health sector in general need to deal well with all patients and people with special needs in particular .. This came during the inauguration of the activities organized by the Qurayyat District Health Center in Jeddah on the occasion of the International Day of the Handicapped in the presence of Dr. Hadi Barsha on behalf of Dr. Zainab Ezzedine, the sector supervisor. Dr. Munira Balhamer, head of the health awareness section in public health, and a number of disabled children and their families .. The activities included many paragraphs and awareness and educational programs aimed at introducing how to deal with disabled patients and people with Down syndrome in addition to displaying a set of pictures and videos .. during which Dr. Munira Balhamer gave a lecture during which she talked about Down syndrome and methods of dealing with people with special needs .. He also presented Dr. Sultan Al-Maliki, a dentist at Qurayyat Health Center, gave another lecture in which he talked about the difficulties that dentists face in clinics in how to deal with people with special needs while providing treatment services to them .. While the resident doctor at the center Dr. Mahmoud Ibrahimi gave a third lecture in which he dealt with the issue of relationship Between Islam and people with special needs and the Islamic foundations in dealing with this segment and being kind to them .. At the conclusion of the event, the Assistant Director of Jeddah Health honored the supporters and participants in organizing and making the events successful.
