In Doha, the second international conference on masculinity and infertility, held in Doha, the capital of Qatar in the period between 26-28 December 2008 AD, presented a special invitation to Dr. Talal Mardad, consultant urologist, reproductive and male diseases and infertility treatment and director of the Man Clinic in Riyadh to participate in the activities of the conference held and attended by hundreds of doctors and scientists from around the world .
Dr. Talal Merdad presented his experiences in the strangest cases of infertility and it was for a patient complaining of secondary sterility as a result of the ejaculation during sexual intercourse from the opening of the rectum instead of the male organ and was successfully treated surgically.
