My enrollment in the Faculty of Medicine, where he always called me in my childhood with the word "Dr. Talal", so the dream grew with me and became a reality.
And to choose my specialty in urology and reproductive urology, it was during that time that I was an adjunct physician and a franchise doctor, and I worked with a Swedish nationality doctor named "Peterson" and an American consultant doctor called "Christian Son" at King Fahd Medical Hospital in Al-Baha region and their professional performance had a strong motivation that made me love this Specialization, she completed her doctorate at the University of Düsseldorf in 1993
When I returned to King Faisal Specialist Hospital and there was no Saudi doctor who specialized and has a certificate or license in the treatment of infertility and microscopic surgeries for men, the hospital sent me to Brussels, Belgium, motivated by His Excellency Ambassador Osama bin Abdul Majeed Shobokshi, where I specialized in this delicate medical field, then the hospital sent me Also to the Netherlands, where I obtained a certificate of specialization in the diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction and andrology from the University of Nijmegen, so I was the first Saudi doctor in these delicate and rare specialties.
At this stage and this continuous mobility I was filled with a passion for knowledge and insatiable for the achievement of science defying all the difficulties of alienation, I hope in all of this that I will return home to return something, even a little, which was given to me by my country and society, which I am proud to belong to.
My years of work and experiences have been in different places, giving me the opportunity to learn about multiple directions, including the Military Hospital in Jeddah, King Fahd Hospital in Al Baha, the University Hospital in Dusseldorf in Germany, the University Hospital in Brussels in Belgium, the University Hospital Nijmegen in the Netherlands, the King Faisal Specialist Hospital, and the Research Center at Riyadh.
Despite long experience over twenty years, and despite thousands of surgeries, my feeling before entering the operation room to perform surgery is the feeling of a certain human being that over every knowledgeable person, so I prepare for her well. Regarding the emigration of eminent doctors from the Arab world, I see that one reason for this phenomenon cannot be found if the term is correct. There are many different factors, including the lack of material and research capabilities in some countries, including the lack of an atmosphere that helps creativity and innovation, including what is for Immigration itself, but we must be aware that large numbers of prominent doctors in the Arab world did not emigrate or think about immigration and there are those who cling to their homeland and challenge the obstacles, and overcome them, and achieve their dreams and aspirations within the homeland, and for me, I have raised the shares of knowledge and said I have the shares of material life She was denied contact with friends and relatives, as she was too busy working in hospitals.
As for the sad situation in my life, it was the death of my sister - may God have mercy on her - after a cosmetic operation, which is in her third decade, and I still feel her loss, and the joyful situation was the enrollment of my son Muhammad in the Faculty of Medicine, King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, which is the same college that I graduated in in 1984.
With regard to the role of women, no one can deny her great role in our lives, and in building society side by side with men. This role has evolved a lot from what preceded it in the Kingdom, as women have received a great deal of education and stormed the various fields of work and desired in a lot of work, nor I would like to talk about the competition of men, as there is a complete role, which is costly just like a man, and Islam has made her a great place in our lives, and her generosity, dearest and maintenance, and this is from the greatness of Islam, so how do we not recognize her right and how we do not support her, which is the mother, sister, wife and daughter.
And about leisure time and my interests, because of the large number of works, and the great preoccupation with the sick, the free time is almost non-existent, but I take the remaining time outside of work to sit with my children to learn about their conditions, needs and problems and we exchange views on common issues, but the biggest role is for my generous wife who does everything Her effort for the convenience of all of us and to give an atmosphere of comfort and serenity at home has great virtue and giving that I cannot ignore, and I am interested in all of this the meetings of the "Saudi Society for Male and Male Infertility Diseases" that was d with the participation of a group of doctors specializing in treating male diseases in men.
On my conviction of what I have achieved so far, praise be to God, on the scientific and practical level, I believe that a person should not stop pursuing scientific development and its achievements, and increase it with it.
I recently authored a book called "Creativity of the Sex and Genius of the Other Sex", which was printed in the first edition 50,000 copies and in the second edition 100,000 copies and more than 200,000 copies were sold in the second and third edition and this book represents a summary of the experience that spanned more than fifteen years in which it accumulated Rich experiences through scientific universities, medical institutions and specialized health centers in the United States of America and the Kingdom, and I have taken care that it is close and understandable to our various social classes and is distinguished by preserving the ethical traditions that our society adheres to and our ancient heritage in chastity in the marital relationship as stipulated by our tolerant Sharia.

What occupies my mind now is the project to establish Dr. Talal Mardad Hospital, which includes all subspecialties in urology and kidney surgery, problems of sexual impotence, and male and female infertility.
