complex catheterization procedures
Within the international conference in Vienna, the Kingdom received the award for complex cardiac catheterization operations, and it was received by the Vice President of the Saudi Heart Association, Associate Professor at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, and the Cardiac and Catheterization Consultant at King Abdulaziz Medical City, Ministry of National Guard, Dr.Muhammad Belghith Al-Barqi, at the Catheterization Conference Cardiac Catheterization Thirteenth Complex case, which was held in Vienna, Austria, between 3-4 May 2018 AD under the supervision of the American Cardiac Catheterization Association and the Boston Scientific Company.
A group of cardiac catheterization doctors from the countries of the Middle East, Asia and North Africa, and international arbitration committees from Britain, Austria and Scotland participated in the conference.
Over the course of two days, complex disease processes and cases were presented and discussed from all the participating countries, in addition to scientific and technical workshops in treating arterial and valve diseases that won the admiration of the attendees of the participating doctors.
Four countries won awards in curative catheterization operations, which are the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iran, the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon.
The attendees at the conference expressed their admiration for the wonderful scientific and medical progress that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has reached. Bin Salman - may God protect him - to support health in general and Saudi doctors in particular.
