Wearing a mask is one of the necessary preventive means to limit the spread of the "Covid-19" virus, and it has recently been observed that there has been an increase in the emergence of acne, inflammation of hair follicles and sensitivity in the face as a result of wearing a mask for long periods, especially employees of the health sector and workers in sectors that require wearing masks during work periods long.

The increase in the incidence of these cases increased by high temperatures and increased humidity, and among the causes of increased acne and improved skin: not changing the mask regularly, or not washing a cloth muzzle, or washing it with strong chemicals, or not rinsing it sufficiently to get rid of cleaning materials, as is considered Permanent makeup under the mask is one of the reasons that increase the chance of inflammation in the skin and the appearance of acne frequently with wearing a mask.

It was also observed that skin inflammation occurred after laser sessions and hair follicles were inflamed as a result of wearing a mask immediately after the session and exposing the skin to heat from the air and sun.

Therefore, it is advised to take care of the skin and clean it with a gentle lotion before wearing the muzzle and after the completion of wearing it, and to use a gentle "toner" that is free of alcohol. It is advised to ventilate the skin from time to time, apply a gentle moisturizer, and not go out in hot weather after laser sessions, and pay attention to cooling the skin.
