The number of visitors to King Abdulaziz Hospital in Makkah, a member of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Cluster, since the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan for this year until the fifteenth day, reached 6330.
Assistant Director of King Abdulaziz Hospital for Medical Services, Dr. Ghazi Huldar, said that the hospital clinics received 6,330 patients, including 2092 for the emergency and accident department, including 3491 for outpatient clinics, including 747 for mental health, in addition to placing 253 patients in internal departments and 262 in intensive care. The dialysis process was carried out for more than 67 patients, indicating that 57 surgeries and 72 laparoscopic operations were performed, and 8004 prescriptions were issued, in addition to the implementation of 3,663 x-ray requests.
Dr. Ghazi Huldar pointed out that the hospital is implementing its plan for the Umrah season in accordance with the strategy that has been developed that focuses on supporting all departments and clinics with specialized medical cadres and providing modern and advanced medical devices to provide full medical care to the pilgrims in the Holy House of God in line with what our wise government - may God protect it - entrusts to Care and attention to visitors and pilgrims
