Doctor
In one of the press interviews published by a magazine affiliated with King Khalid Military College, the dialogue was between the editor-in-chief of that magazine and His Excellency Major General Dr. Muhammad Balghith Al-Barqi, a consultant cardiology and catheterization at King Abdulaziz Medical City in the National Guard. After the dialogue touched on the scientific and practical process that is full of achievements, numbers, titles, honors, and previous and current positions of His Excellency, a "traditional" question came up - which anyone might ask any doctor and he - when did you decide to be a doctor?! The answer, traditional as well, would be, “Since my childhood and before I study primary school, I say to my father and mother that I will be a doctor, to save the world from diseases and evils, and, thank God, the childhood dream has come true.”
But His Excellency the General’s answer to this question was not traditional. Rather, it is what deserves to be published in every pulpit that talks about “the power of the word” and its impact on those who hear it, and how a word can make you another person, and transform or transform your future and the future of those you will care for His answer was a text: “In the beginning, medicine was not among my interests, and I did not expect to become a doctor in the future, because all of my uncles belong to the military corps, they are military pilots, so I aspired to become like them, and when I reached secondary school, a professor told me Chemistry One day, after he saw my superiority in preparing some subject lessons, “You son, take a helicopter, but it takes you to medical school.” These words changed my thinking and my life, and indeed, after graduating from high school with an “excellent” grade, I joined a college. Medicine at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah .... to the end of the dialogue from the masterpieces».
What is meant is that we wake up and sleep on TV channels, Twitter accounts, and avatars, all of which are “preoccupied” by the sayings of the great and the power of the word, and in the end, they are nothing but “hollow” words for bubbles produced by the Internet, such as some owners of Twitter accounts followed by millions of people, and we found their owners who call for The Awakening or Ikhwanji thought, for example, and their words are still presented, and the stories of their struggle are revered, and how the words they learned from their teachers made them a beacon of this dark thought, which fills with its darkness the parts of the minds it reached.
This word to the teacher, which he said to His Excellency Major General the Doctor, was not published in almost any media outlet, but it was written in a magazine that is not published except within the corridors of a military college, and he did not pay any attention to it, even though it made a man among a group of men, our state does not rely only on them in such cases. These circumstances, in wars, epidemics and diseases, and I forgot this word and forgot its owner who may have passed away, although I hoped that he would search for him, and allocate him a media appearance to inform us of other words, and how his feelings are after he saw the effect of this word.
Note that this word that was said to His Excellency the Major General, was in one of the schools in the province of “Mahail Asir” in 1402 AH, meaning that this teacher was not the C.EO of Microsoft, Google or DaimlerChrysler, for example, and he did not need to be a graduate of “Harvard Physiology Sciences” Nervousness or linguistic software” or “salvage physiology”, yet he was able with a word to reveal the hidden treasure inside a young man who had not yet emerged from his adolescence, to whisper in his ear “a word that made him His Excellency the General Doctor.”
