A memorandum of understanding was signed between King Saud University and the General Secretariat of the Arab Organization of the Red Crescent and the Red Cross, under the patronage of the University''s Vice Dean for Educational and Academic Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Saleh Al-Nami, and in the presence of Dr. Turki bin Bakr Al Bakr, Dean of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services, and Dr. Abdul Majeed Muhammad Al-Mubarrad The Vice Dean for Development and Quality, and on the part of the organization, Dr. Saleh Al-Tuwaijri, Secretary-General of the Arab Organization of the Red Crescent and the Red Cross, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Hazzaa, Adviser to the Secretary-General of the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Othman, Adviser to the Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Nadi, the supervisor of the center Arab International and Humanitarian Law.
The memorandum includes many items compatible with the public interest, most notably allowing the students of King Saud University, in particular the students of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services at the university, to benefit from the training services provided by the organization in various Arab countries. Faculty in the field of emergency medical services, humanitarian work, crisis and disaster management.
